EnrollwarePay Application - Section 2

Step 2 of the EnrollwarePay application can cause some confusion around the owner and control person sections.  The appropriate answers vary based on the type of company selected in Step 1.  

Sole Proprietorship

For a Sole Proprietorship the questions will typically be answered as shown below.  Yes to the first question regarding owners, and No to other control person questions.  

LLC, Corporation, or Partnership

For all other types of companies, you must identify the owner (if there is one) and a control person.  An LLC or a partnership will commonly answer the questions as shown below.  Yes to the first question regarding Owners, and yes to the "Is this the control person" question.
