Inactive User

There might be occasions when an instructor seems to be missing; this could be because the instructor was accidentally set as inactive.

To find the instructor, navigate to Settings - Users to access the User Manager.

Be sure to select the Show inactive users box before searching.

Once the user has been searched for, they should appear there whether they have been set to inactive or not.
