Paying your Invoice
Enrollware uses freshbooks to send out invoices monthly or annually depending on your choice.
You are able to change the auto-bill credit card yourself through our invoicing system.
To do so, locate one of your previous invoice notifications that have been emailed to you and click the button to view that invoice online. If automatic payments are set up for your invoices, you will see the saved card information on the right-hand side. Click the "Update Credit Card" link to edit your payment information.
Update Your Payment Information
- Open any invoice that you received in the past from your email, or log into your client account if you've been saving your invoices in FreshBooks
- On the invoice that is automatically billing you - any saved payment information will appear here
- Select the Update Credit Card link
- Re-enter or select your new payment information and select on Save Card, Authorize Account or Done
- Your new details will be saved for future recurring payments.
If you or your company opted for a client account with freshbooks, the browser will remember it and there is a log in for the account. Please open the invoice on a private or incognito window and it should override the need to ask for a log in.
Remove Your Payment Information
If the trash can icon isn't visible when hovering over your saved payment, this means the business entered the credit card details on your behalf, or the business requires automatic payments on these invoices. Please reach out to the business directly if you need the card removed.
- Open any invoice that you received in the past from your email, or log into your client account if you've been saving your invoices in FreshBooks
- On the invoice that is automatically billing you, any saved payment information will appear next to the invoice
- Hover over the credit card until a trash can icon appears next to it
- Select the trash can icon
- Select Remove Credit Card, Remove Bank Account, or Remove PayPal Account to confirm
- The recurring invoice will no longer automatically bill you again and will need to be paid manually each time by you now. If you've saved the card or bank account to your account, you'll still be able to use it to pay new invoices.

Sending a check
If you are sending a check, please add the invoice number to the check so it can be applied correctly.
