Additional Sites for users

If instructors require access to another site for managing and viewing classes, they can be added by configuring their user account in settings-users.


Once the instructor is located, navigate to their Additional Sites option in the edit screen. Here, you will find the choice to enable their login access or assign them as an instructor on another site.

Select sites- Login enabled: will allow users to login to additional sites and view their classes

Select sites- Login not enabled: will only show them on the additional sites as instructors but they can not log in.


If a user is an admin on their primary site, they are not admins in the Additional Site.

If restrict view is enabled to non admin on the additional, the user will not be able to see other classes. Two log ins are needed if admin status is needed for both sites.
