Multifactor Authentication - MFA
Enrollware has the option for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance the security of your account. We kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the following article regarding the Authentication process and how it functions with the Microsoft Authentication APP: Microsoft Authentication
This authentication process will assist in protecting your account across Enrollware.
To Enable or Disable MFA, you can navigate to your settings- site settings- options- Enable Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
This means it is important for each user to have their own unique login credentials.
Other Authentication apps will work as well
To reset your account for MFA please let support know at Support@enrollware.com with your username Or other Admins can reset this for you.
Once Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) has been implemented for Enrollware, please download any authentication application on your mobile device.
Some examples include Microsoft Authenticator App or Google Authenticator.
Select the Setup MFA button on the login page
Please scan the QR code with your Authenticator app or copy the secret code Into the app if you already have it on your phone.
If you have scanned the QR code, the Authenticator app will display a one-time code. Please copy it.
Kindly input the one-time code or Secret code on the Verify Account page in Enrollware. Your account is now securely protected.
MFA Secret Code
If you already have the authenticator app or if you are downloading one, you can use the secret code option.
Select the Secret code button
You will get a code that you will copy over to your authenticator app manually
Once you input the code into the app, you should start getting authentication codes
