Waitlist & Automatic Waitlist

Waitlist allows students to register for classes that are full.

Auto-waitlist automatically confirms the class and charges that student's card when some other student's status changes to 'Cancelled', 'No Show', or 'Rescheduled'.

'Waitlisted' has also been added as a student status.

Enable Waitlist option

Waitlist and auto-waitlist can be enabled per course and can be found in your Settings tab - Course types- Select the course you want to enable the waitlist feature.

In order to enable the waitlist feature within your course, please select the "Enable Registration Waitlist" option. This will provide you with the opportunity to activate the automatic waitlist if necessary.

If the Automatic waitlist option is not on , the student needs to be pulled in to the class and manually charge them.

How it shows in an upcoming class

If a spot does not open up the student, they need to be reached out to manually to let them know if they would like to be rescheduled to another class.
