Multi-session classes

We already had support for adding additional dates/times to classes, but now those dates and times will be integrated with the class schedule. So, a class will not drop off to 'Past Classes' until all dates have passed but will always show the upcoming class date on the dashboard.

There is also a new indicator in the class list showing which classes have multiple sessions.
