Student Checkin

If you have a laptop or other PC at your training location, the Check-In feature allows students to enter their name into the system and verify the spelling of their name as it will appear on their certification card. It also will automatically check the student into the class and change the status on the student record to "Checked in". Your Enrollware system will also automatically check the student in when you change their status from pending to complete/incomplete/remediate by clicking "Edit Scores" in the class record after the class has been completed.


Cancelled students will not appear at the check in screen


Your Student Check-in link can be saved as a bookmark or favorite and accessed with any web browser.  When you access your Student Check-in feature on the day of the class, simply enter your password that you created in your Site Settings and then enter the student’s last name.
