Asset Tracking

Asset tracking is available upon request to support. It appears on the left tab underneath instructors.

This feature is primarily utilized for accounts responsible for managing any assets requiring regular maintenance and services.

This also enables the asset manager role for users who are located in the primary site

To create a location for the asset, please navigate to the "Manage Asset Installations" option and fill out the information.

Once the location is added, you will be prompted with an installation notification where you can then create an installation.

Add the New installation details.

This will trigger a place to add installed parts ( Located in Parts set up) , schedule service, and service log.

To add a part, navigate to "Parts setup" under your Asset Tracking tab.

Add new part

Input the desired information along with its options.
