Client Tracking

Enrollware provides the ability for you to associate your students with specific contract or group clients for the purposes of reporting and billing.

Contract or group clients are configured on this page and then linked to promo codes and specific scheduled classes. Once they're linked, the 'Client Activity Report' will provide you with a list of students that are associated with that contract or group client for a given date range.

To use this feature to track your contract or group clients students simply navigate to and click the “Clients” tab on your Enrollware system administration page.

To add a new contract or group client, click on the “New Client” button in the upper right-hand corner of the page and enter your contract client information along with any notes specific to that client.

Note that when entering an email into the CC confirmation to spot, it will Cc whatever email address you have input.

A comma separated list of email addresses should work for multiple emails

When finished, click “Update Client” to save your information.

Now that you have a contract client record set up in your system, you are now able to track all of the students you train for this client separate from your other students. You accomplish this in two ways; through a promotion code that you create specifically for the client or scheduling a class specifically for the client.

As with all of your students, you can re-market to your contract or group client students by configuring an email campaign in your Enrollware system that will automatically send out your custom re-marketing or renewal email at any specific day of your choice. This feature is based on days before or days after the class completion date. For more information on configuring your email campaigns, please refer to the Email Campaigns Guide under your HELP tab or view here:  https://enrollware.com/help/enrollware-email-campaigns.pdf

Enrollware does not provide a "Client Portal" where clients log in to your Enrollware system to view students, classes or schedules.
