Password Issues
To change your password, select “My Account” in the upper left-hand portion of your Enrollware administration page.
Enter your current password in the text box then enter your new password in the new password and repeat the new password text boxes. Save this new password by selecting the “Update Account” button.
If you've forgotten your password, the Enrollware login page has a "Reset Password" feature that can be used to create a new password for your account.
If that is not successful, contact the administrative person in your organization who issued your initial password.
If you still are unable to access your account and you are a direct client and the primary administrator of your system please send an email request to support@enrollware.com. Enrollware is unable to issue or reissue passwords to instructors or other non-administrative personnel.
