Why doesn't the book shipping option appear on the registration form?

If you offer shipping for books, ensure that you have entered a shipping amount on your respective add/edit course pages located under “Settings – Course Types”. This will also ensure that your enrollware shipping tab gets a notification that there is someone requesting a shippable item.



Each course type requires a separate book shipping entry. In addition, the book shipping option is not available for students registering within 7 days of an upcoming class. This is due to the high probability that the book will not be received by the student in time for the class.
