Restricting Instructor Views

Normally, instructors are only able to view the items under your “Classes and Students” and “Help” Tabs; Upcoming Classes, Schedule a Class, Past Classes, Student Search, Unscheduled Students and Shipping.

If desired, you may also restrict your instructor’s views to only be able to view class and student information for classes that they are assigned to teach either as a lead or assistant instructor.   This option is available for selection in your Settings – Site Settings.  Once selected, this restriction is applied to all instructors.
