Complex passwords

ATTENTION! Complex passwords will start to be a requirement for all accounts. Stay tuned for the change. New Accounts will default to this standard. 

When first logging into your new account, there is a chance you will be required to create a complex password. Your admin or yourself might see that there is a requirement of:

 minimum 8 characters, 1 uppercase,1 lowercase. 1 Numeric and 1 Special Character

If your account is not enabled with this feature yet and you are the main contact for the account this can be enabled by sending us a detailed email including your Account or Training Center/Site name to support@enrollware.com.

Once enabled, you can navigate to My account and your New Password area should look like this:
