Issuing eCards following the Atlas rollout


In Enrollware, navigate to Settings- Site Settings- enter the new Training Site Id.

This will replace the old eLocation Id. Click Update Settings. Then refresh the eCard key and issue the eCards.


For Training Centers using multiple Training Site Ids or Ids for only certain Training Sites-

In Enrollware, navigate to the Training Center, then click on Training Sites. Next, locate the action icon on the far right for the site that you need to modify. Finally, enter the Training Site Id.

This will replace the old eLocation Id. Click Update Settings. Then refresh the eCard key and issue the eCards.

Listed below are the most common errors following the Atlas rollout and how to fix it.


Assignment Error - Please provide valid Instructor ID.

This error indicates the Instructor records have not been synced in Atlas. Give them some time, refresh the eCard key and try again.

Please check to see if Atlas somehow removed your instructor number from the instructor ecard site. If its listed properly in enrollware and in Atlas, but it could somehow be removed in the ecard system. Hence the error.


Inventory Error - No training sites aligned for the user.

If you receive this error when issuing eCards, it indicates your Training Site Id has not been set up.

Log into Atlas and navigate to the Training Center dropdown, select Training Site and search/select your Training Site. Copy your Training Site Id.

For Training Sites or Training Centers using one Training Site Id -

In Enrollware, navigate to Settings | Site Settings | enter the new Training Site Id.

Please make sure to check all of these steps and ensure that the API code is reset whenever you make changes. The API code is the only thing we have as a connection with the AHA.
