Green/Gray Checkmark

The Green Check mark that appears reflects that the e-cards or cards have been issued or attempted to be issued. If the Generate file on the print cards screen is selected, it will make the system think the cards are going to be printed at the AHA.

If the Training Site that is aligned with a Training Center, they are able to see the finalized rosters and follow the steps to issue cards. This will trigger the green check mark on their end and on the Training sites account as well.

They Gray Check mark is there to signify that there is an ability to issue cards.
