Downgrade Account

Users who have the Training Center options or the Premium account and wish to downgrade will need to send an email to Support@enrollware.com requesting to downgrade their account.


When downgrading is approved, the support team will need to know if your users within the training sites will need to be moved over and continue to have access to the primary site.

Users moved will be able to create classes and those classes will be shown on scheduling page

If users are not to be moved, the training sites will be archived and they will no longer be able to log in.


If you need to issue ecards from the Training Center Bucket this will no longer be possible after the downgrade.
