American Red Cross Course Record Entry API Setup
American Red Cross Certifications can now be issued within Enrollware!
Only available For Primary sites at the moment
Contact your American Red Cross Account Rep to obtain your 18 digit Account Id. If you do not already have a list of your SKUs, you can request those of the Rep as well. Your account at the American Red Cross must be set up for invoicing as well.
Then, email support@enrollware.com to have the Support Team enable the Course Record Entry API for your account.
Once the Support team has enabled the Course Record Entry API, follow the steps below for setup.
Navigate to Settings > Site Settings > scroll down to the American Red Cross CRE API.
Select the American Red Cross CRE API for either Admins, Admins & Instructors or Not in use.
Locate and add the 18 digit Account Id provided by your American Red Cross Account Rep.
Next, navigate to the "My Account" link located in the top left corner of your Enrollware page.
Input your RCLC Username and click on the Update button located at the bottom of the page.
SKU Management
Now, you're ready to Set up your SKUs and Assign them. Follow this help document SKU Set UP.
** This is required for initial setup or for adding new SKUs. **
SKUs And Course Types
Navigate to Settings > Course Types > select the Action icon on the far right for a Course Type.
When selecting the Course Certifying Body field, please choose American Red Cross.
This selection will trigger the appearance of the Course SKUs dropdown. From there, select the appropriate SKU Name to be associated with the Course Type.
Click Update Course Type at the bottom of the page.
You will now be able to schedule an American Red Cross class and issue certifications using the Course Record Entry within the class.
Invoicing will be handled as usual through the Red Cross
