SKU Management


To issue American Red Cross certifications, you must preload SKUs into Enrollware.

Navigate to Settings > External SKUs.

Here, you can add and manage your SKU list. Enter the Name and Code of the SKU from your approved price list, then select "Add".

Once a SKU is added, a creation timestamp will appear showing the date and time. You will also have the option to continue adding or delete a SKU.

The name of the SKU will now be available for selection within a Course Type.


If you choose to Delete a SKU, a prompt to confirm the action will appear.
