SKU Management

In order to issue American Red Cross certifications, you must preload SKUs into Enrollware.

Navigate to the Settings tab > External SKUs.

Here, you will be able to add and manage your SKU list. Add the Name and Code of the SKU from your approved price list, then select "Add".

Once a SKU is added, a creation timestamp will appear with the time and date. You will also have the option to continue adding or delete a SKU.

The name of the SKU will now be available for selection within a Course Type.


If you choose to Delete a SKU, a prompt to confirm the action will appear.
