Custom Forms
Custom forms are used within each class to reduce physical paperwork. This comes in handy when evaluating each student within the class setting.
To edit your Custom Forms within Enrollware, please navigate to your Settings Tab > Custom Forms
Here, you will be able to start adding and customizing your forms by selecting the "New Form" button in the upper right-hand corner.
When creating a new form, you will be asked to set the name and description of the form, followed by a link to start adding your questions.
Another prompt with a drop-down will ask you to choose if the question is required and the type of question that is being added to the form. You can always choose the question type first, then decide if the question is required to be answered.
Here are some types of questions and separations within the form that can be added. They can always be modified, deleted, moved, or copied.
Once you have all your questions set up, please save your form. You can always delete or copy your form if needed.
Selecting Forms for course types
Once your forms are set up, to be able to use these forms for your courses, please navigate to your Settings tab > Course Types
Select the Course type a form will be attached to by selecting the blue action button next to the desired course.
Once in the edit course screen, navigate to the Form type option within the screen. This is located just below the options within the course type. Be sure to save your course.
Forms can be accessed through the class edit screen, next to the student list.
The "Forms" option will display the class and student, where a student and form can be selected from the drop-down menu. It will then show the form where you can start your evaluation.
You will have an option to save or delete your form at the bottom
