Mass Delete Students and Classes
You will still need to delete all students in a class before being able to delete a class
You can now delete multiple students and classes at once with our Mass Delete feature.
Deleting Multiple Students
First, navigate to the class with the students you'd like to delete. You can go to either Past Classes or Upcoming Classes. Once you see the class, select the Action icon to the right of the row.
Once the class is opened, select the Delete Students button in the top-right corner of the page.
Once selected, checkboxes will appear to the left of each student name. Select the students you would like to delete, then click the Confirm Deletion button to delete them.
You will then be prompted with a question at the top of the screen to confirm that you would like to delete the selected students. Once “OK” is selected, the students will be deleted.
Deleting Multiple Classes
First, navigate to either Past Classes or Upcoming Classes. Then click the Delete Classes button on the top right of the page.
Once selected, checkboxes will appear to the left of each class that contains 0 students. Select the classes you would like to delete, then click the Confirm Deletion button to delete them.
You will then be prompted with a question at the top of the screen to confirm that you would like to delete the selected students. Once “OK” is selected, the students will be deleted.
