Registration Product Add-ons

“Product Add-ons” allow you to manage all of the items you offer for sale at the time of registration.  Add-on products can be configured as shippable (books) or non-shippable (CE certificates); however, keep in mind that shipping will not be an option for students registering less than 7 days prior to the class.

Navigate to Settings->Product Add-ons and enter all of the products that will be offered for purchase as add-ons to your class registrations. Use unique, recognizable product codes as these will be displayed in your student lists. Once you’ve entered and saved all of your product information, you may now associate your various products with your course types. This feature will allow you to sell different products based on your class or course type.

Navigate to Settings->Course Types and select the course type that you want to associate one or more products for purchase. Each course type can be configured with a list of add-on products that will be available for purchase to the class registrants. Also configurable are the shipping price and the prompt that is displayed to the class registrant. The add-on prompt field is displayed immediately above the product option list in the registration process.

Remember to select “Update Course Type” to save your data.

DO NOT CONFIGURE SHIPPING AS A PRODUCT ADD-ON

Shipping should not be an add-on product. Each add-on product is specified whether it is ship-able or not and then in each course type you specify a shipping amount for any add-ons that are associated to that course type.
