EnrollwarePay Portal / Pulse Transactions, Voids, Reports and Refunds (Previously MerchantTrack)
If you have signed up for EnrollwarePay, you will have a Pulse account where you can access and review any transactions made through Enrollware. This includes running reports if needed.
Navigate to the EnrollwarePay Portal tab on the left and choose one of the options to search for a transaction, or select the Payment Dashboard and navigate within Pulse as before.

When the Payment Dashboard is selected, it should take you to the main dashboard, where you can choose to search for a transaction or view reports on the left side.

Transaction Search
In this view, you have the ability to search for any transaction and apply various filters such as Status, Payment Method, Transaction ID, and Account Holder Name. Once you find the transaction you're interested in, you can navigate to a results page to access more details. From there, you'll be able to void the transaction or issue a refund if needed.
Refunds processed through Pulse will not be reflected in Enrollware, and an adjustment or note will need to be recorded.




Reports
The reporting tab in the Dashboard will take you to various reports in Pulse. You can select the one from the list that best fits your needs. These reports will also show any fees related to transactions.
